What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll make it right!
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain custom items, However we can make exceptions if something is not as it should be. Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction so if you are not satisfied let us know and we will do everything in our power to make things right.
When will I get my order?
Each order is custom-made just for you! Production typically takes about 3 business days, after which your order is shipped out. Most customers receive their items within 6–12 days from the time of purchase.
If you do not receive your order within 15 days of your purchase, you’ll receive a full refund — no questions asked.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are made in-house and custom-made to order. We’re a small team of three dedicated creators who work quickly and carefully to craft and ship your orders as fast as possible.
